On August 24, Sankyu signed a basic agreement with TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), a company that operates a comprehensive supply chain business in India, to collaborate on a partnership.
Based on the basic agreement, we intend to proceed with concrete discussions toward concluding a future business collaboration agreement and to acquire a 0.5% stake in TVS SCS, subject to various approvals from relevant government authorities.
Through this collaboration, TVS SCS's extensive knowledge and network in the Indian market will be combined with Sankyu's long-standing expertise in "machinery x logistics" to provide high-quality services.
In particular, by combining Sankyu's strengths in equipment installation and maintenance, we will build a comprehensive supply chain that covers everything from construction to operational support.
