HAI ROBOTICS JAPAN (HRJ), a provider of warehouse automation solutions using logistics robots, announced that the cumulative number of orders for its case handling robot "HaiPick Climb" worldwide has exceeded 10,000 units as of July 2026.
HaiPick Climb is a logistics automation solution that combines high-density storage with flexible automated transport, and its adoption is expanding in logistics and manufacturing sites around the world. It is also being increasingly used as an automation platform in large-scale logistics centers, with over 1500 units deployed at a single location.
Regarding the fact that cumulative orders worldwide have exceeded 1 units, the company stated that "this is one of the results of our efforts to promote the widespread adoption of high-density storage and automated transport in logistics sites around the world."
Furthermore, the "HaiPick Climb" robotic system, which enables high-density storage and Goods-to-Person (GTP) type picking, has been updated to now support the handling of cardboard boxes.
In addition to its traditional storage and transport capabilities centered on tote bags, the ability to handle cardboard boxes, which are widely used in logistics, will further expand the processes and applications in which HaiPick Climb can be utilized.
This functional enhancement will enable the automation of the entire logistics process, from high-density automated storage and retrieval to subsequent palletizing and pallet transport, by coordinating multiple robots and equipment.
HAI ROBOTICS JAPAN relocates headquarters to Tokyo Ryutsu Center and renovates its demo center.
