This project began after the land sourcing and planning for the development site, which we had handled, was sold to Coldtech Fukuroi Special Purpose Company (fund) established by Kasumigaseki Capital. We are now promoting the project in a capacity of being commissioned by the fund to handle project management and asset management services.

"(Provisional Name) LOGI FLAG X STATION Shizuoka Fukuroi I" will be Kasumigaseki Capital's largest development project, with a site area of 41,697.62 m2, and is expected to be one of the largest rental-type automated refrigerated warehouses in Japan.

Located midway between Tokyo and Osaka, and ideally situated for the development of a "transit hub" promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, it will function as a transit point for transportation between the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region, enhancing its ability to meet wide-ranging e-commerce logistics needs.

"X STATION" is a logistics facility that, in addition to storage functions, can integrate cargo consolidation and transshipment, as well as sorting for EC/TC (Transfer Center). As a switching hub (transshipment hub for relay transport), it provides an environment that facilitates cargo loading on both the outbound and return routes, supporting efficient operations for drivers.

Furthermore, by implementing a system that streamlines vehicle waiting, loading/unloading, and cargo handling, the system aims to reduce waiting times and vehicle congestion during loading and unloading, thereby meeting diverse logistics needs, including transshipment.
