CRE announced on August 31 that it had completed the acquisition of all shares of Osaka Warehouse, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
After announcing the signing of a stock transfer agreement on January 30, the acquisition of shares (representing 79.39% of voting rights) was completed on June 1.
Osaka Warehouse was founded as Osaka's first warehouse operator specializing in hazardous materials, and now, in addition to its warehouse business, it operates a real estate business centered on master leases, mainly in the Kansai area.
By incorporating Osaka Warehouse's expertise in warehousing, particularly in temperature-controlled and hazardous materials storage, into CRE's development projects, we aim to enhance our logistics investment business.
The aim is to leverage our expertise in warehouse operations to build a system that not only provides logistics facilities but also acts as a solution partner for shippers and logistics operators, offering high-value-added facility environments.
