Tokyo Tatemono will hold a post-completion open house for its logistics facility "T-LOGI Minami-Funabashi," scheduled for completion at the end of September in Narashino City, Chiba Prefecture, for three days from October 6th to 8th.

T-LOGI Minami-Funabashi is a multi-tenant logistics facility with four above-ground floors and a total floor area of approximately 96,200 m2 (approximately 29,100 tsubo), scheduled for completion at the end of September.
Located near the Yatsu-Funabashi Interchange on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway and the Hanawa Interchange on the Keiyo Road, it boasts excellent access for logistics, and its location within walking distance of Minami-Funabashi Station on the JR Keiyo Line also offers advantages in terms of employment.
