Logisnext began nationwide sales of its "ALESIS High-Performance Counterbalanced Battery Forklift" on September 1st.
While powerful engine-powered forklifts are the mainstream in construction and other industries, in recent years there has been a shift towards battery-powered vehicles that reduce exhaust emissions and noise, from the perspective of environmental compliance and improving the comfort of the working environment.
To meet these market demands, Logisnext has developed the "ALESIS High-Performance Vehicle," a 2.5-ton load capacity vehicle with driving and cargo handling performance comparable to that of a gasoline-powered vehicle.
Compared to the standard ALESIS model, the driving speed has been improved by approximately 20%, the loading and unloading speed has been significantly increased by approximately 47%, and the climbing ability has been improved by approximately 75%, making it comparable to that of a gasoline-powered vehicle.
With a minimum ground clearance of 165mm, it can be driven on uneven or rough terrain, and the minimum turning radius is 2245mm, the same as a gasoline-powered vehicle, reducing the feeling of unfamiliarity when switching from another vehicle.
Equipped with the "S-Assist Creep Function," which is similar to the creep phenomenon unique to gasoline-powered vehicles, stable driving at 1.0 km/h is possible even on flat ground and uphill, allowing operators accustomed to gasoline-powered vehicles to transition smoothly.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price is 6,568,000 yen (excluding tax, standard specifications, ex-factory).
Logisnext announces explosion-proof forklift "ALESIS," production to begin in September.
