Mitsubishi Estate will hold an open house for logistics companies and shippers at "LogiCross Misato" in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture on October 5th and 6th.

LogiCross Misato is located approximately 2km from the "Gaikan Misato Nishi IC," making it very close to the interchange. It is situated in an area with high delivery convenience, offering easy access to central Tokyo and the entire Kanto region via the "Misato JCT," where the Metropolitan Expressway, Joban Expressway, and Tokyo Gaikan Expressway intersect.

Furthermore, there are buses running from the nearest JR Musashino Line "Shin-Misato Station" to the area around LogiCross Misato, creating an environment where it is easy to secure employees.

This facility is the only logistics facility within the land readjustment project area equipped with a double ramp, enabling efficient loading and unloading. It is a multi-tenant logistics facility with a total floor area of ​​approximately 135,000 m2 and five above-ground floors. It employs a central roadway and can accommodate small-scale space needs, with the minimum available space being approximately 3100 m2 (approximately 950 tsubo).

Furthermore, we have established a hazardous materials warehouse capable of storing items that cannot be stored in general warehouses, such as alcohol, cosmetics, and lithium-ion batteries, for which demand is increasing with the spread of electric vehicles. This warehouse is equivalent to hazardous materials of categories 1 through 6 (with some restrictions) under the Fire Service Act, thus meeting diverse needs.
