Nomura Real Estate will hold an open house on October 22nd at "Landport Iwatsuki," a multi-tenant facility in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. They will also begin accepting applications for existing logistics facilities in Itabashi Ward and Hachioji City, Tokyo.
"Landport Iwatsuki" is a logistics facility completed in May 2016. Located in an industrial park approximately 6.0 km from the Tohoku Expressway's "Iwatsuki Interchange," it is suitable for both deliveries to the Tokyo metropolitan area and wider-area deliveries.
The structure is a four-story box-type building (with three warehouse levels), and we are seeking a unit of approximately 10,000 m2 (approximately 3200 tsubo) consisting of half of the building, which is the first and half floors plus the third warehouse level. The column span is 11m x 11m, and the effective height under the beams is set at 6.5m on each floor, so high storage efficiency can be expected, and it is equipped with comprehensive vertical transport facilities, including a total of three vertical conveyors.

In addition, applications are now being accepted for "Landport Itabashi" and "Landport Hachioji II" in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
"Landport Itabashi" is a logistics facility completed in February 2008. Although it is within walking distance of Nishidai Station on the Toei Mita Line, it is located in an industrial zone, surrounded by an area with many factories and warehouses. It has easy access to the Nakadai Interchange on the Metropolitan Expressway Route 5 Ikebukuro Line and National Route 17, making it a suitable location for deliveries to the city center.
The property being offered is a 33,000 m² (approximately 10,000 tsubo) section of a 6-story building (5 warehouse levels) with a total floor area of approximately 53,000 m² (approximately 16,000 tsubo). The target section has a 5-story box shape and features loading docks on two sides and a total of 9 vertical conveyors. Occupancy is scheduled to begin in February 2027.

"Landport Hachioji II" is a logistics facility completed in September 2016. It is located approximately 4 km from the Hachioji Interchange on the Chuo Expressway and has easy access to National Route 16. The warehouse is equipped with air conditioning for workers, allowing for comfortable working temperatures even in the summer, and its seismic isolation structure reduces the risk in the event of a disaster.
The property has a four-story sloping structure (accessible to vehicles on the 1st and 3rd floors), and three of the four sections of the building (half sections on the 1st-2nd floors and the 3rd-4th floors) are available for rent. Occupancy is possible from a minimum of approximately 6600 m2 (approximately 2000 tsubo). Occupancy will begin in July 2027.
The property is currently occupied by existing tenants, but viewings are possible at any time (inquire for details).
