Prologis will hold an open house at its multi-tenant facility and large-scale logistics warehouse, "Prologis Park Kitamoto," in Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture, on October 14th and 15th.
Facility appearance
Prologis Park Kitamoto is located approximately 3.5 km from the Ken-O Expressway's Okegawa-Kano Interchange, making it an ideal location for wide-area distribution not only within the Tokyo metropolitan area but also nationwide.
The warehouse features a one-way traffic flow for all vehicles, and 40ft container trailers can easily access the upper floors via uphill and downhill ramps, enabling efficient and safe logistics operations.
The available 3rd and 4th floor units boast ample electrical capacity, making them suitable for companies considering the introduction of material handling equipment and AGVs, as well as offering flexible logistics operations tailored to specific uses and needs. A large apartment complex is located next door, ensuring a stable supply of personnel.
The facility will also feature "RockyOne," a highly efficient, high-capacity devanning robot, for a limited time until December. This preview event will include a hands-on demonstration of "RockyOne," as well as an opportunity to experience advanced equipment from startup companies with cutting-edge technologies.
