CBRE Investment Management Japan (CBRE IM) and Tokyu Land Corporation will hold a pre-completion preview of "(tentative name) CBRE IM-LOGI'Q Shin-Koyasu," a multi-tenant logistics facility scheduled for completion in January 2027, in Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama City, from October 7th to 9th.
Applications for the refrigerated/frozen storage section have already closed, and only the dry storage section is currently available. However, this open house will also feature a special seminar on refrigeration and frozen storage, including an overview of the current state of refrigerated/frozen warehouses, presented by Nippon Netsugen System.
The facility is located approximately 1.0 km from the Koyasu Interchange on the Kanagawa No. 1 Yokohane Line of the Metropolitan Expressway, and is also close to National Route 1 (Dai-ni Keihin) and National Route 15 (Dai-ichi Keihin). As a logistics hub connecting Yokohama Port and Haneda Airport with major cities in the Tokyo metropolitan area, it is ideally situated for both deliveries to the city center and wider-area deliveries.
Located within walking distance of both JR Keihin-Tohoku Line's Shin-Koyasu Station and Keikyu Electric Railway Main Line's Keikyu Shin-Koyasu Station, the area boasts significant advantages in terms of commuting convenience and job creation.
The five-story building features a three-temperature zone design, with the first to third floors dedicated to refrigerated and frozen warehouses, and the fourth and fifth floors to dry warehouses. This allows it to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses and industries. Furthermore, its location in an industrial zone, which allows for 24/7 operation, enables flexible logistics operations.
