ESR will hold an open house at its newly constructed large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility, "ESR Kiyama Town Distribution Center," in Kiyama Town, Miyaki District, Saga Prefecture, on October 6th and 7th.
On the day of the preview, Mujin and NEXAWARE will be holding seminars on AGV implementation, introducing DX solutions, and demonstrating actual equipment.
"ESR Kiyama Town DC" is located very close to "Tosu JCT," a logistics hub where the Kyushu Expressway, Nagasaki Expressway, and Oita Expressway intersect, and is approximately 5.8 km from "Tosu IC." This location offers advantages for wide-area distribution throughout Kyushu, and in addition to its high accessibility to the Fukuoka metropolitan area, it can utilize land, air, and sea transportation infrastructure, making it suitable for a variety of logistics uses, including TC, DC, and EC hubs.

The building has four floors above ground, and large vehicles can access the third floor directly via a ramp. Truck berths are provided on the first and third floors, enabling efficient operations tailored to different floor levels and cargo volumes.
The warehouse section features a maisonette design on the 1st-2nd floor and the 3rd-4th floor, ensuring vertical transport capacity with 16 freight elevators. Floor load capacity and effective height under beams are also designed with versatility and storage efficiency in mind, making it capable of accommodating a wide range of logistics operations, from pallet storage to material handling equipment.
Additionally, the second floor features sections equipped with air conditioning for human use, demonstrating consideration for securing employees and providing a suitable working environment for tenants.
In addition, the facility will support tenants' business continuity through BCP measures including emergency generators and a facility management system run by the ESR Property Management Team.
ESR states that "the minimum rental space is approximately 2050 tsubo (approx. 8 square meters) and can be divided into spaces for up to eight tenants. This design allows for flexible occupancy to suit various business scales, from startups to large-scale logistics companies."
