CBRE will hold a tour and a seminar on strengthening recruitment capabilities simultaneously at its logistics facility "CPD Tokai Chita" in Chita City, Aichi Prefecture, on October 15th and 16th.
The seminar, presented by Sharefull, a company that provides part-time work services on a daily basis, will cover topics such as the working environment required in logistics warehouses and how to utilize spot work. It will share specific know-how, including real-world examples, and the working environment required in logistics warehouses from the perspective of securing recruitment, for on-site managers and executives of companies struggling with labor shortages.

"CPD Tokai Chita" will be completed at the end of January 2026. It has a total floor area of approximately 1 tsubo (approximately 1 square meters) and can be used starting from a minimum warehouse area of approximately 1250 tsubo (approximately 3944 square meters) (up to 8 divisions).
