The tour was held to allow participants to learn about logistics, which supports our daily lives, and the warehouses that serve as storage locations for these goods, in an enjoyable way.
On the day of the event, employees from the Logistics Investment Division, who were involved in the development, and employees from the Sales Headquarters' Property Management Unit and Leasing Unit, who are involved in facility management and brokerage, served as instructors. They explained the logistics system and the process of completing a logistics facility, incorporating quizzes into the explanation.
The children toured the facility, which covers approximately 89,256 square meters (about 27,000 tsubo), and saw the vast warehouse space and the cafeteria that serves as a break area for employees.
In addition, we traveled to Building A on the employee shuttle bus, which began operating in conjunction with the completion of Building A (February 2025), and observed forklifts actually moving goods.
The children asked simple questions such as, "How high is the ceiling in this warehouse?", "Can anyone use this cafeteria?", and "Do you need a license to drive a forklift?".
