Logizard announced on September 29 that its cloud warehouse management system (WMS) "Logizard ZERO" has begun API-based system integration with "Phil," a cloud-based core system provided by Stack.
By connecting data from "Phil," which manages sales and customer information for apparel companies, and "Logizard ZERO," which manages warehouse inventory and shipments, the aim is to streamline operations from sales to logistics.
This integration allows sales and inventory data managed by the core system to be synchronized in real time with actual performance data generated at the warehouse.
By minimizing the discrepancy between theoretical and actual inventory and reducing verification and manual update tasks, we achieve centralized inventory management in an omnichannel environment.
With the expansion of the retail and e-commerce markets, omnichannel operations that span online and offline channels have become commonplace, but in many cases, warehouse operations are still managed using separate systems.
Discrepancies between theoretical inventory levels in the core system and actual inventory levels in the warehouses were occurring, leading to challenges such as manual data transfer via CSV, duplicate data entry, and increased verification work, resulting in a "data fragmentation between the core system and the field."
