Furthermore, with Fukuoka Airport approximately 6km away and Hakata Port approximately 15km away, it is possible to transport not only by land but also by air and sea.

This three-story, box-type, ambient temperature warehouse features a ceiling height of 5.5m below the beams (6.5m on the third floor only), a floor load capacity of 1.5t/m2, and a column spacing of 11.5m within the warehouse, accommodating up to two tenants.

Inside the warehouse

The warehouse is equipped with two vertical conveyors and two cargo elevators to enable efficient movement between floors. It also features functionality and versatility to meet diverse logistics needs, such as securing an area that can be opened up to accommodate future additions of vertical conveyors or the introduction of conveyors spanning multiple floors.

The warehouse on the second and third floors is equipped with air conditioning for workers, and metal insulated sandwich panels are installed on the exterior walls, creating a comfortable working environment for employees.

This is the fourth logistics facility developed by Fukuoka Jisho under the "LogiCity" brand, and the exterior design was supervised by Snøhetta, an international architectural design firm established in Norway that is active in a wide range of fields.

In terms of environmental considerations, the facility incorporates solar power generation equipment on the building's rooftop, which is used for self-consumption of the generated electricity. Furthermore, emergency generators are installed as part of business continuity planning (BCP) measures, resulting in a facility that combines environmental considerations with business continuity in commercial real estate.

Furthermore, it has received a B rating in CASBEE-Building (New Construction) and a 4-star rating in BELS.
