Mitsui Soko Holdings (HD) published its "Integrated Report VALUE REPORT 2026" and "Sustainability Data Book 2026" on October 1st.

The "VALUE REPORT 2026" presents the Mitsui Soko Group's value creation story, while the "Sustainability Data Book 2026" comprehensively discloses everything from its underlying ESG policies to its initiatives. Through comprehensive information disclosure via these two publications, the group communicates its current position and future aspirations to its stakeholders.
"VALUE REPORT 2026" aims to deepen understanding of the group's management activities by integrating financial and non-financial information and outlining initiatives for sustainable growth. It includes the initiatives outlined in the "Medium-Term Management Plan 2022," which will conclude in fiscal year 2026, as well as explaining challenges for growth, current initiatives leading up to the next medium-term management plan, and future endeavors.

The "Sustainability Data Book 2026" comprehensively includes relevant quantitative and qualitative information, from the group's ESG policies to its initiatives, and expands the disclosure content across four pillars (governance, strategy, risk management, and indicators and targets) with the aim of complying with future SSBJ (Sustainability Standards Board) disclosure standards.
The "VALUE REPORT 2026" and "Sustainability Data Book 2026" are available on the group's website, and the English versions are scheduled to be released this winter.
