On October 1st, Konoike Transport began full-scale operation of its new dispatch management system, "KONNECT," at its National Distribution Center sales office in Tokyo and its North Kanto Distribution Center sales office in Gunma Prefecture.

"KONNECT" was developed and delivered by Hacobu to match Konoike Transport's logistics operations, and preparations for full-scale operation have been underway, with the National Distribution Center Sales Office and the North Kanto Distribution Center Sales Office, which mainly handle beverage products and packaging materials, serving as model locations.

Konoike Transport invested in Hacobu in May 2025 to promote the strengthening of its DX-ICT infrastructure. The development project was launched in November 2025, and after a test implementation starting on September 1, 2026, full-scale operation commenced.

"KONNECT" consolidates dispatch and fare payment information, which were previously managed using separate systems, to match the specific dispatching characteristics of the National Distribution Center Sales Office and the North Kanto Distribution Center Sales Office, providing unified management from dispatching to payment.

20261001ko01 - Konoike Transport/Hacobu-developed new dispatch management system fully operational, reducing monthly workload by the equivalent of 1.5 people.

All the information necessary for dispatch operations is consolidated into a single system.

Previously, information necessary for dispatch operations, such as vehicle information and fares, was scattered across systems, Excel spreadsheets, and paper forms. This resulted in cumbersome tasks such as transferring data from Excel or paper ledgers to the system during dispatch operations, and managing dispatch, operational performance, billing, and payments across multiple independent systems.

"KONNECT" aims to consolidate this information into a single system, eliminating the need for data entry and cross-system verification, and is expected to reduce dispatching workload by the equivalent of 1.5 people per month.

Going forward, we plan to gradually introduce the system to other domestic locations that handle beverage products, and in the future, we will consider expanding it to logistics locations that handle products other than beverages.

■ Main features of "KONNECT"
Project management function: Bulk registration and updating of delivery projects via CSV.
Dispatch planning function: Manages drivers, vehicles, and partner companies, and supports tasks such as assigning jobs and checking for overloading.
Performance and Billing/Payment Management Function: Automatically calculates billing and payment amounts, and supports income and expenditure verification, operational performance management, and editing of billing and payment details.
Other functions: Automatically creates roll call logs and manages master data such as locations, vehicles, and crew members.

Konoike Transport expands routes for transporting products for Suntory and Daikin Industries using double-trailer trucks.
