On October 1st, the seven JR companies announced that they have decided on a commemorative logo mark to express their gratitude as they approach their 40th anniversary on April 1st, 2027.
Design of the commemorative logo (also available in monochrome version, etc.)
The commemorative logo will be used from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028. It will be used in commemorative initiatives to be developed by each JR company in the future.
The circular design, inspired by rails, represents the 40 years that the seven JR companies have walked hand in hand, working together in a circle, and expresses their desire to continue working together as one to provide rail transportation services.
