CBRE Investment Management Japan (CBRE IM) will hold a post-completion open house and special seminar at "CBRE IM Katsushika," a multi-tenant logistics facility in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, on October 21st and 22nd.
The facility boasts excellent road access, being approximately 2.6 km from the Hirai Ohashi Interchange on the Metropolitan Expressway Central Circular Route and very close to the Kan-nana-dori Avenue. It also has good rail access, being approximately 1 km from Keisei Tateishi Station and approximately 2 km from JR Shin-Koiwa Station. The Keisei Bus "Okudo 1-chome" bus stop is located at the facility entrance, giving it a significant advantage in terms of commuting convenience and securing employment.
The minimum rental space is approximately 2000 m2 (approximately 600 tsubo), and the flexible space design allows us to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses and industries, including cross-border e-commerce, outsourcing of inventory storage within urban offices, photography studios, and storage of exhibition equipment and promotional fixtures.
Furthermore, the facility is equipped with air conditioning for the work area, and the truck berths on the 1st to 3rd floors and the 4th to half of the 5th floor are designed to be used as a vehicle garage, allowing them to be used as parking spaces for large vehicles and passenger cars (parking permits can be obtained).
